Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Real Estate Sales professional, based in Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on managing sales transactions, building and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and advising clients on real estate and property investments. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, guiding clients through the property acquisition or sale process, and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.
Qualifications
• Possess a valid Real Estate Negotiator License
• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with a thorough understanding of the industrial real estate market
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
