Employee Relations Management:Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and labor laws.
Policy Compliance:Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR/IR policies.
Disciplinary Process:Manage the full disciplinary process including issuing show cause letters, conducting domestic inquiries, and recommending appropriate disciplinary actions.
Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of all IR cases, disciplinary actions, investigations, and resolutions. Prepare IR-related reports and updates for management.
Employee Awareness:Educate employees and line managers on company policies, the code of conduct, and grievance procedures to foster a compliant and respectful work environment.
Legal Advisory Support:Provide guidance on legal risks and labor law implications related to employee actions or decisions. Liaise with legal advisors or authorities if necessary.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 preferred) both spoken and written.
Proficient in English and Japanese.
Experience:
Minimum 1/2 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or HR Operations.
Experience in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment is preferred.
Familiar with Japanese corporate culture is a plus.
