Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for processes, projects and continuous improvements of Operational Supply Chain processes in manufacturing and distribution of goods including inhouse and subcontracted manufacturing
• Provides expert Supply Chain knowhow and is first contact for consultancy
• Responsible for process, governance as well as driving innovation projects, which involves complex problem solving, data analytics, defining innovative solutions, leading task force, project organizations, communications and managements
• Responsible for Process and Tools optimization, and provide active support for company-wide projects to focus towards standardization and bring optimal business benefits.
• Leading competence team with group of experts to define on strategy, processes, roadmap and guiding principles.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT related disciplines experiences in Manufacturing environment, ideally in Semiconductor industry
• Minimum CGPA: 3.0
• Meticulous and demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with stakeholders at all level
• Extensive knowledge in Supply Planning, Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing processes
• Experience in Project Management will be added advantage
• Implementation experience on SAP APO and MES would be an added advantage
