This is more than a consulting role. It's an opportunity to combine your expertise in HR, talent intelligence and technology to solve complex business challenges, influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable value for clients.

What You'll Make an Impact

Thought Leadership & Market Influence

• Develop industry insights and thought leadership content on talent intelligence
• Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and client workshops
• Build relationships with HR industry associations, influencers and key stakeholders
• Influence product direction through market insights and evolving client needs

Solution Consulting & Sales Impact

• Partner with and represent enterprise sales teams to shape tailored solutions and advance strategics deals
• Lead solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
• Develop compelling business cases and ROI models
• Craft persuasive solution narratives for enterprise proposals and RFPs

Client Advisory & Value Realization

• Lead implementation consulting for strategic enterprise clients
• Define success metrics and frameworks to demonstrate measurable business value
• Conduct business reviews and recommend opportunities for optimization
• Strengthen client partnership and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

Team Leadership & Excellence

• Build and lead a team of Industry Consultants
• Develop team capabilities in HR technology and talent analytics
• Establish best practices across solution consulting and implementation
• Collaborate with implementation stakeholders to delivery exceptional client outcomes

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of experience in HR technology, talent management or workforce analytics consulting
• Deep understanding of talent management, workforce planning, and people analytics
• Experience with enterprise HCM systems
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour market and HR practices
• A track record of thought leadership, industry engagement and public speaking
• Experience leading consulting or solution engineering teams
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment is an advantage
