  In-Flight Agent
  Key Responsibility
• 
  Monitor all available systems (WMS.CMS,TMS,SSR, Red watch,Rokki Our Shop, Santan Express) for decision making
• 
  Monitor AIMS Red watch system to check delays during the shift and update to management.
• 
  Monitor,verify total meal received quantity, record receiving temperature and update all the detail into google sheet
• 
  Ensure all deliveries of IFC carts to flights/aircraft are carried out in accordance to the Hi-Lift schedule, intact and on-time.
• 
  Ensure to adhere with all airport safety regulations and department/company SOP and policy.
• 
  Ensure driving licence 'D', MAB Pass & Airside Driving Permits are valid
• 
  Safe & efficient delivery of all carts from the warehouse into flight/aircraft according to the Hi-Lift schedule . All the return carts must immediately return to the warehouse. Ensure the return amenities are returned to the designated area. Ensure the loading bay shutter door is closed after loading & unloading activity complete. Make sure the loading bay area is clear of any leftovers from hi-lift.
• 
  Ensure all duty free carts are collected as per the schedule and delivered into flight/aircraft. All the return duty carts must return immediately to the duty free bonded store.
• 
  Ensure all f&b,merchandise & perishable carts are collected as per the schedule and delivered into flight/aircraft. All the return carts are must return immediately to designated inbound area
• 
  Ensure sufficient replacement amenities collected from the warehouse and replenish at aircraft base on par level
• 
  Ensure sufficient replacement sealed DFAK units are collected from the warehouse and stored properly in the Hi-Lift. All DFAK removed from the aircraft shall be returned to the warehouse daily.
• 
  Responsible correct flight detail's (Flight number,Sector & Date) registered in CMS F&B,MCDS,PER
• 
  Desired Skills & Experience
• 
  Minimum of qualification: SPM/Diploma
• 
  Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous self-starter able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
• 
  Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu
• 
  Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Access) and google drive (Drive, sheet, Doc, Slide)
• 
  Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
• 
  Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
• 
  Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
• 
  At least 3 years working experience in a related field will be a plus point
• 
  High comfort level working in a diverse environment
• 
  Able to travel as when it is required
•

  Responsible for performing correct par level profile for cart setting F&B,MCDS,
• 
  Responsible for performing correct quantity for commercial meal & Pre-book meal in WMS and CMS PER
• 
  Responsible for inbound/Outbound cart closing and opening quantity accuracy physical vs CMS for F&B,MCDS,PER
• 
  Responsible for confirming all uplifted F&B and Perishable meal expiry date.F&B & PER
• 
  To communicate the Defect ,Discontinue, BTI,Meal manual uplifting,Hub transfer and other stock movement in CMS and WMS to QA accurately and timely F&B,MCDS,PER, E-Commerce
• 
  Ensure the accuracy stock replenishment after reconciliation (sales / Top up) F&B,MCDS,PER, E-Commerce and Inventory
• 
  Responsible to check Cart & SMU serviceability F&B,MCDS,PER
• 
  To ensure correct mass production order number is perform in CMS F&B,MCDS,PER
• 
  Responsible to load last minute meal's vs SSR and WMS(PER EB Order's) and perform correct adjustment in CMS PER
• 
  Responsible to update teleport team on order collection (order#/tracking#) for home deliveries on a daily basis and handover the orders to the teleport team during collection. E-Commerce
• 
  Responsible to pick and pack accurate stock's for hub transfer and communicate effectively to QA on the transfer Inventory
• 
  To ensure 5s is always in practice in workstation F&B,MCDS,PER, E-Commerce and Inventory
• 
  To ensure FIFO & FEFO practice Inventory
• 
  Perform other duties & responsibilities as tasked by the Duty Executive, Team Leader and Inflight management.
• 
  Report any incidents which occur during operations to the executive on duty immediately.
