Job Description
Influencer Marketing Manager
We're not hiring someone to spam micro-influencers with free products. We need someone who builds real relationships with creators, sources authentic UGC, and turns creator content into a growth lever for HIRA and our portfolio brands.
The role is Influencer Marketing Manager.
The reality is — you own community, creator partnerships, and UGC that actually converts.
What You'll Own
Creator Sourcing & Outreach
- Find micro-influencers who actually fit the brand (not just follower count)
- Build relationships with creators — be someone they want to work with again
- Pitch partnerships that feel authentic, not transactional
- Negotiate rates and deliverables without overpaying
UGC & Content Strategy
- Brief creators on what to make and why (product features, brand story, lifestyle angle)
- Ensure content works both organically and as paid ads
- Source unboxing, testimonial, and lifestyle UGC
- Repurpose creator content into Meta/Google ads with performance tracking
Campaign Management
- Run influencer campaigns end-to-end (briefing → content → posting → tracking)
- Manage timelines and deliverables
- Handle affiliate/promo code tracking
- Build repeat creator relationships — lock in people who work
Performance & Analytics
- Track creator content performance (engagement, reach, saves, conversions)
- Know which creators drive actual sales vs vanity metrics
- Build creator cohort analysis — what type of creator works best
- Optimize spend based on creator ROI
Community Building
- Engage with creator communities — be present, responsive
- Foster brand advocates who want to work with you repeatedly
- Handle DMs, comments, and community feedback
- Build a creator network that feels like a community, not a vendor list
You might be the one if —
- You have 2–4 years influencer marketing experience in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle
- You've managed creator relationships and built repeat partnerships
- You understand Instagram algorithm — why some content pops, why some doesn't
- You know the difference between an influencer and an actual fit for your brand
- You've sourced and negotiated with micro-influencers (the real ROI lies here)
- You've tracked UGC performance and optimized for actual conversions
- You're comfortable with social media — you spend time on Instagram, you know trends
- Prior experience in fragrance, beauty, or FMCG D2C is a plus
- You think like a curator, not a marketer — you're finding people, not broadcasting
Why Meolaa:
