Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist
Location: KL Gateway Mall, Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring a consistent tone and visual identity.
- Lead KOL and influencer collaborations to co-create engaging and relatable brand content.
- Develop and execute brand events (online and offline), activations, and experiences that connect emotionally with target audiences.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact brand initiatives, from concept to execution.
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for brand visibility and differentiation.
- Oversee the production of compelling brand narratives, visual assets, and promotional materials.
- Measure campaign and event effectiveness through clear KPIs and ROI tracking, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize brand impact across all initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields is an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, influencer/KOL partnerships, campaign execution, or event planning.
- Strong grasp of digital and social trends, ideally with exposure to family-oriented or education sectors.
- Experience in organizing and executing events or brand activations, from planning to post-event reporting.
- Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
