Description

The PMO (Project Management Office) role in Southeast Asia involves supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organization. The PMO will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee project management processes and ensure adherence to project governance standards.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Assist in resource allocation and project scheduling.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
