Information Technology and Facility Executive

The ideal candidate is Oversee the company's Information technology related matters such as IT infrastructure, technical support, networking, server, IT security, vendor sourcing management 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT infrastructure, facilities, and Data Center operations to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operations.
• Monitor and maintain hardware, servers, LAN/WAN networks, internet services, and IT systems.
• Provide technical and end-user support to the corporate office and subsidiaries when required.
• Oversee building facilities, utilities, equipment, maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for IT and facility-related services and improvement projects.
• Ensure IT security, system availability, workplace safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Maintain asset records, technical documentation, maintenance records, reports, and perform other duties assigned by Management.
•  Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is a plus, but not a requirement for this position.
• Technical knowledge in Windows environments (OS, server, AD, Exchange, etc.), networking, backup, storage, database, Data Center facilities, or cloud technology is required.
• Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
