This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Assistant, based in Serendah. The IT Assistant will provide technical support to ensure smooth operations across various IT systems and devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining printers and office equipment, assisting with IT infrastructure, and collaborating with team members to improve processes.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology practices
• Experience in Printer Support and resolving hardware or software issues
• Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Basic understanding of network systems, hardware, and software applications
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in IT or a related field are advantageous
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
