Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst supports the IT and business teams by

gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and assisting in the delivery of technology

solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from

stakeholders.

  • Support the analysis of current business processes and identify areas for

improvement or automation.

  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and business users to ensure solutions

meet requirements.

  • Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional specifications under

supervision.

  • Participate in system testing, including writing test cases and supporting UAT.
  • Help maintain documentation repositories and update project tracking tools

(e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

  • Attend meetings and workshops to capture action items and support

stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business

Administration, or related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile

methodologies.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and diagramming

software (e.g. MS Visio, Draw.io).

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce or direct selling environments.
  • Strong grasp of digital sales funnels, commission logic, promotional mechanics,

and warehouse operations.

  • Project experience in business analysis or IT systems.
  • Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
