KEY OBJECTIVE
- The business analyst serves as local Finance Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst for a global S/4HANA Transformation Project working closely with local project team consist of local PMO Leads, Finance Business Process Owner & Key Users, global project team consist of global PMO, global Business Process Owner & Key Users and System Implementor to ensure successful implementation of S/4HANA project within timeline, scope and budget.
- The business/PMO analyst serve as liaison between global project team and local Business users in Blueprint Workshop, Data Migration Workshop, Testing, Training and Cutover planning.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure S/4HANA project alignment
- Monitor project progress and handle any project risks & issues that arise
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to local Finance Business Process Owner & Key Users
- Coordinate with local SAP Application Support Vendor to provide as-is system design knowledge in order to support Business Process Owner & Key Users in as-is business process discussion during Blueprint and Data Migration Workshop
- Coordinate with S/4HANA System Implementor and other local non-SAP vendors in ensuring the system build of new system interfaces or remediation of legacy system interfaces are aligned with S/4HANA integration testing, training and cutover timeline
- Support Change Management team and local business users in ensuring the local change impact is effectively managed through constant user engagement, training and change readiness survey
- Support local business users in data migration & cutover activities including Business Continuity Planning (BCP) during cutover period

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years experience in SAP FICO Functional role.
- Minimum 2 years experience in SAP PMO role.
- Successfully completed at least three end-to-end SAP implementations. Experience in SAP S4HANA implementation/rollout will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - including experience coaching stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.
