Information Technology Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst (Open for Malaysians only)

Location: TTDI | Salary: RM8,000 | Employment Type: 1-year contract

We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team! You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help drive impactful projects.

What You'll Do:

-Gather, analyze, and validate business needs from stakeholders.

-Collaborate with project sponsors to define project scope and vision.

-Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and other methods to collect requirements.

-Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for the project team.

-Create process models, diagrams, and charts to guide development.

-Ensure requirements are complete, clear, feasible, and aligned with standards.

-Support QA to verify that solutions meet requirements.

-Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.

What We're Looking For:

-Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

-57 years of experience in business & technical requirements analysis.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Experience with self-service BI tools like Power BI and data/AI projects.

-Familiarity with Azure services is a plus.

-Ability to prioritize, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
