Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users and keeping systems running smoothly

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our team and play an important role in managing our day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide onsite and remote technical support to users

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues

Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment

Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, email and system access

Monitor servers, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and backups

Perform system maintenance, software updates, patches and hardware servicing

Support software implementation, upgrades, testing and deployment

Manage IT assets, software licences and technical documentation

Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers

Support IT procurement, quotations, PRs and maintenance renewals

Provide IT support for meetings, training sessions and company events

Research and recommend technology solutions to improve business operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration or IT operations

Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, servers and backups

Strong hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting skills

Understanding of cybersecurity and information security practices

IT certifications will be an added advantage

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
