Perform on-site servicing for Access System and CCTV/VMS (Video Management System) to maintain security uptime and compliance including troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), firmware/patching, backups and client support
Troubleshoot Controllers, readers, locks, cameras, NVR, storage and networks (PoE/VLAN/IP)
Close service tickets/reports within SLA (Service Level Agreement) upon completion of servicing
SLA response/resolution, First Time Fix Rate
Coordination with customer
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in electrical & electronics or related field.
Fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience in service engineering with basic knowledge in building security system.
Able to read wiring diagrams, schematic drawings and IP networking basics
