Hiring: IT Infrastructure | Penang, Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to join our team in Penang, Malaysia on a long-term contract opportunity.

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Employment Type: 11 Months Contract (Extendable)

Role: IT Infrastructure / Infrastructure Management

Experience: Relevant experience in IT Infrastructure & Infrastructure Management

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze infrastructure data and recommend/implement upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes.

• Define infrastructure performance and capacity targets and ensure effective monitoring and optimization.

• Develop and implement tools, processes, and programs for infrastructure operations, monitoring, support, and performance measurement.

• Lead teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure-related issues.

• Design and establish infrastructure implementation, support processes, procedures, and performance metrics.

• Manage large-scale IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and inter-departmental teams for successful infrastructure operations and project delivery.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.

• Represent the organization in discussions with customers and technology partners, including Dell Technology customers, where required.

• Ensure infrastructure services meet defined performance, availability, capacity, and operational objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure processes, technologies, and support practices.
