Information Technology (IT) Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team and support the company's technology, systems, and digital transformation needs. The role will focus on system implementation, POS solutions, IT operations, project management, and improving business processes through technology.

• Lead and manage the IT team and daily IT operations.
• Plan, manage, and implement IT projects according to business requirements.
• Evaluate, compare, and recommend POS, retail systems, software, and technology solutions.
• Work closely with management and different departments to understand business needs and provide suitable IT solutions.
• Manage system implementation, integration, testing, and rollout across outlets and HQ.
• Monitor and improve existing systems, applications, and IT processes.
• Manage IT vendors, consultants, software providers, and service providers.
• Ensure IT infrastructure, network, hardware, software, and systems are properly maintained.
• Troubleshoot and resolve major IT and system issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data security, system access, backup, and IT policies are properly managed.
• Prepare IT project plans, budgets, reports, and progress updates for management.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and technical direction to the IT team.
• Ensure IT projects and systems are delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience, with experience in a leadership or managerial position.
• Experience in IT project management and system implementation.
• Strong understanding of POS, retail systems, ERP, software applications, and system integration.
• Experience managing IT vendors and external service providers.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to understand business requirements and translate them into practical IT solutions.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work with different departments.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet business will be an added advantage.
