Your Mission

As IT Project Manager at Axrail, you&aposll:

• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of complex tech projects (AI, cloud, data) on time and within budget
• Bridge business and tech by translating stakeholder needs into actionable project plans
• Champion innovation by integrating AWS services and GenAI into project solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Possess in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Embrace an Agile mindset with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Proficient in end-to-end project management, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, dependency identification, and risk mitigation.
• Manage senior stakeholders and oversee project governance to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Proficient in using Jira for project management, task tracking, and progress monitoring.
• Continuously stay updated on AWS innovations and evaluate their relevance and application to ongoing and future projects.

What You Bring

Core Competencies

• 5+ years in tech project management (cloud/AI projects preferred)
• PMP or Agile certifications (or equivalent practical experience)
• Tool Mastery: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack
• Cloud Awareness: AWS services, migration frameworks, cost management

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
