Project Manager - PMO / SMO
2-Year Contract | Singapore | SGD 6,500-$8,000/month

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Project Manager and System Managers in the implementation and maintenance of STREAM Full-Scale Development, a platform that enables project management teams to track budgets, schedules, tasks, and collaboration.
What you will do
- Support project and system managers in vendor management, product delivery, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate with technical, business, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare project documents, reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Track system defects, service requests, and change requests with vendors.
- Review system logs and monitor system performance.
- Manage project risks, issues, and vendor delivery timelines.
- Support compliance with IT policies and operational standards.
- Recommend process and system improvements to improve efficiency and user experience.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on Defence related projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in system analysis and design.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT service delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Proactive, meticulous, and comfortable working with vendors and technical teams.
- PMP or CITPM certification is preferred.

Contract details
- Contract duration: 2 years
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm
- Salary: SGD 6,500-$8,000 per month (w/ Benefits & Bonuses)
