Contract Duration: 6 months + 6 months (12 months total)

- Lead coordination across multiple work streams, including business, operations, IT, and global teams.
- Work flexibly across time zones and maintain a global perspective aligned with best practices.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to promote transparency and effective communication.
- Identify training needs, conduct skill gap analyses, and develop team development plans.
- Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster continuous improvement.
- Resolve team conflicts to maintain focus and timely delivery.
- Develop and execute engagement plans to motivate teams and stakeholders.
- Regularly report project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and project success.
We will count on you to:
- Lead and manage the project team, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Define, refine, and track project scope, milestones, and progress.
- Implement and oversee processes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
- Escalate issues as needed to keep the project on track.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Agile Scrum or PMP certification required.
- Over 12 years of experience in project management, scrum master, or similar roles, with leadership and management expertise.
- Proven track record managing large-scale IT projects and programs across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of structured development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Extensive technical understanding of application architectures, infrastructure, databases, AI technologies, and software system development, including Operations Support Systems and integration dependencies.
- Experience working in matrix and vendor-resourced environments, collaborating with third parties and outsourcers.
- Excellent people management, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Agile training and hands-on experience.
- Broad working knowledge across technology domains including SDLC, end-user platforms, and IT operations.

- Proven success with managing teams and delivering successfully using Scrum Agile Framework.
- Knowledge of the insurance domain and experience handling insurance-related projects is a plus.
- Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP qualifications; Agile training and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Office 365/Teams/ Project & Visio
- Ability to manage multiple projects, across varying business and functional units
- Knowledge & proven experience within the Financial Services industry, ideally with Insurance Broking market experience
