Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies across development, analytics, testing, and mobile platforms.
Experience sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other professional networks.
Good knowledge of interview coordination, sourcing techniques, and ATS tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
