Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to effectively position and sell technology solutions.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess Account Management abilities to retain clients, grow accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
Proven experience in B2B technology solution sales, preferably in digital transformation or related IT services.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel to client sites within WP. Kuala Lumpur as needed.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and opportunities.
