Location: Seremban / Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Contract Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking experienced IT professionals to support enterprise and factory automation initiatives within a structured manufacturing environment in Malaysia. This engagement requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to operate within enterprise governance standards.

1 IT Solution Analyst-Seremban (Onsite)

Role Overview

The IT Solution Analyst will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring enterprise and factory systems align with operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business and system requirements
• Translate operational needs into technical solution designs
• Coordinate with cross-functional IT, automation, and production teams
• Support system implementation, validation, and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards

Required Experience

• Proven experience as IT Solution Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
• Experience supporting enterprise or manufacturing environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work onsite in Seremban

2 Automation Engineer- Seremban (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Automation Engineer will support factory automation systems, ensuring smooth integration between hardware, control systems, and enterprise IT platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support factory automation systems
• Assist in automation deployments and upgrades
• Troubleshoot operational and integration issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
• Optimise system performance and reliability

Required Experience

• Background in industrial automation / manufacturing IT
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, or industrial control systems (preferred)
• Understanding of system integration within factory environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

3 IT Software Developer Factory Automation- Seremban / KL

Role Overview

The Software Developer will design and maintain applications that support automation systems and enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance factory automation applications
• Support backend integrations and system enhancements
• Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation
• Ensure scalable and maintainable code architecture

Required Experience

• Experience in industrial or enterprise application development
• Strong programming skills (C#, Java, or equivalent technologies)
• Knowledge of databases and system integration

4 IT Software Developer Java Developer- Seremban / KL

Role Overview

The Java Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications supporting operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimisation
• Develop REST APIs and backend services
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance

Required Experience

• Strong experience in Java development
• Experience with Spring Framework and REST APIs preferred
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles
