Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients regarding ERP application requests and incidents; analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently within agreed Service Legal Agreements while maintaining high-quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis of incidents and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify solutions; escalate critical findings appropriately to prevent recurring issues.
Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements, and develop end-to-end solution proposals to support user initiatives aimed at simplifying and standardizing processes.
Monitor ERP system performance proactively, identify potential issues, and implement timely fixes to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation.
Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for ERP system enhancements and optimizations.
Assist with ERP system upgrades, patches, and conduct thorough testing to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
Develop and deliver user training sessions and materials to enhance system adoption and maximize ERP utilization across the organization.
Support the integration of ERP with other business applications to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Manage user access controls, security roles, and ensure compliance with audit requirements related to the ERP system.
Stay current with ERP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends to help the organization fully leverage its ERP investment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS documentation related to ERP processes, incidents, and system changes.
Other duties and assignment as instructed by the department head from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent years of related experience.
Preferably 8 years & above of working experience in the related field.
Must Have ERP system implementation experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Able to communicate with all level of people , resourceful and working independently with minimum supervision.
