Information Technology Specialist

1. End-users service:

-Software installation for end-users and maintenance

-Hardware maintenance for end-users

-Consultant to end-users for usage of software & hardware

-Service request response

-Record user non-standard application license

1. System, network & application administration if any at site level:

-Configuration management

-Domain server, Exchange server, File server, Print server, Backup server and etc.

-System & network security control & virus defense

1. PBX System management and maintenance if any at site level.
2. Support for special systems like the VoIP, WebEx etc. as the front-line
3. System & data backup
4. Responsible for incident & problem tracker
5. Fix assets management and distribution at site.
6. Technical and operation manual documentation
7. To finish other task of supervisor arrangement.

Fresh graduates will be provided with training either in Singapore or China.
