Provide technical consulting and support to internal sales and customer for Infra/ networking and/or cloud-based solution
Participate in customer engagement and presales activities to work on specification, design, implementation, testing, customer training, and deployment duties
Participate in tender process from requirement gathering, proposal submission till tender awards
Serve as a subject matter expert on-site, addressing the technical needs of customer
Carry out technical related activities and response to incidents, escalations, and maintenance related activities in a professional manner
Deliver quality results both on-site and post-engagement that are on time and within the scope of the assigned project
Requirements:
Excellent communications and writing skills.
Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or relevant IT certification.
Min 2 years of working expertise as presales, post-sales engineers and experience in at least 1 -2 system domain
Working experience in managing and implementing system and network Infrastructure and support
System & Network incident handling troubleshooting
Hands-on technical experience working with switching, routing, wireless, Microsoft 365 Administrator Knowledge
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Experience in Microsoft 365 will be highly appreciated.
