As we scale, our internal tools and systems must scale with us. We're looking for a System Administrator to own our entire internal IT stack, with Lark at the core, ensuring our teams have reliable, secure, and well-designed systems that simply work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, automation, and turning IT into a business enabler.
What You'll Be DoingInternal IT Stack Ownership- Own and manage the full internal IT stack including Lark, SaaS tools, identity & access, and BYOD policy.
- Manage user lifecycle end-to-end: provisioning, permissions, role-based access, and deactivation
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable as the company grows
- Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI assistants, bots, or automation tools to enhance employee efficiency and reduce repetitive IT management tasks.
Lark Productivity Enablement & Workflow Design- Act as the Lark system owner and productivity enabler for the business
- Partner with each function (e.g. People, Marketing, Ops, Finance) to understand how work gets done
- Design, build, and continuously improve Lark-based workflows that reduce manual work and improve speed and clarity
- Leverage Lark Base, AI tools, automations, approvals, and integrations to streamline functional processes.
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions rather than one-off fixes
- Promote adoption by making AI-enhanced workflows intuitive, documented, and measurable.
IT Operations & Security- Manage device setup, software provisioning, and access controls.
- Enforce security standards, password policies, and data protection practices.
- Support system upgrades, tooling changes, and IT roadmap execution.
- Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunitiesdeploy AI-based monitoring and analytics to improve system health and response times.
- Champion the responsible use of AI-enabled tools across the organization, developing best practices for data privacy, governance, and long-term scalability.
Vendor, SaaS & License Management- Own SaaS subscriptions, licenses, contracts, renewals, and usage tracking.
- Work with vendors on support, optimisation, and cost managementincluding identifying AI-powered SaaS tools that improve team productivity.
- Maintain a clean, accurate system of record for all IT tools.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Support- Deliver Day-1-ready onboarding with systems, automation, and Lark workflows configured by role.
- Ensure clean offboarding: access revoked, assets recovered, accounts closed.
- Provide Tier 12 internal IT support with clear documentation and timely resolution, supplemented by AI helpdesk and self-service automation to improve support response time and consistency.
Who You Are- 4 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience administering Lark (Admin, Base, automations)
- Experience managing a modern SaaS-based internal IT stack
- Comfortable working independently and owning systems end-to-end
- Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into simple guidance and work in a multi-cultural environment
Competencies- Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Calm and professional when handling urgent or complex issues.
Nice to Have- Automation tools (Zapier, Make) or API integrations
- Experience with MDM, SSO, or identity tools
- Exposure to security frameworks or internal IT audits
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
- Exposure to domain & DNS management (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.).
