Infra Request Analyst (Banking)

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily BAU tasks, including:
• Monitoring and responding to emails.
• Reviewing and qualifying incoming requests to the Infra team.
• Tracking and following up on Service Requests and Project updates.
• Support SRWO preparation when the writer is unavailable.
• Update and maintain project trackers (Jira).
• Prepare simple reports for management.
• Coordinate basic tasks across teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT infrastructure requests.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree (technical, communications, or related field preferred).
• 25 years experience in IT Infrastructure, Service Request, or PMO.
• Experience handling Infra Service Requests.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Good coordination ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
