Job Description
What you will do
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure architecture, resource planning and system performance.
- Operate and improve AWS cloud platforms, infrastructure services and DevOps automation.
- Implement observability practices covering logging, monitoring, tracing and alerting.
- Support infrastructure resilience, including fault tolerance, disaster recovery, redundancy and failover testing.
- Define and manage infrastructure objectives such as RTO, RPO and service availability.
- Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Support governance processes and continuous improvement of cloud operations.
Must Have
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- AWS cloud technology certification is required.
- Azure certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in infrastructure management, DevOps, observability or automation is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proactive, committed and able to work effectively with technical teams and vendors.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
- Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
- No service required on weekend or gazetted public holiday
Contract duration: 12 months
Expected start date: 1 December 2026
