Manage operation, change, fault response and preventive maintenance of critical infrastructure in data centers (power supply, cooling, MEP systems).
Handle capacity management, risk control, and drive projects to improve facility efficiency and reliability.
Coordinate with Colocation (COLO) providers for system management, performance evaluation and SLA optimization; collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Procurement).
Support new data center design, construction and commissioning; establish O&M performance benchmarks and prepare analysis reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
1+ year experience in large data center critical infrastructure O&M OR large production facility management.
Familiar with MEP equipment (UPS, generators, chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, etc.).
Good written & verbal communication skills in English/Thai/Malay; strong safety awareness, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
