ABOUT UOB INNOVATION HUB 2
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

Mandatory
System & Security Administration
Perform system hardening and enforce security baselines across Linux/Windows environments.
Manage user lifecycle operations (creation, modification, deactivation) in compliance with access control policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues across on-prem and private cloud environments.
Ensure compliance with internal security standards and external regulations.
Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership during incidents, with a proactive attitude to dig deep and identify root causes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive permanent fixes and prevent recurrence.
Document findings and contribute to knowledge bases and post-incident reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Security, DevOps, and Application teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into existing workflows.
Proactively follow through on tasks and projects, ensuring no gaps in execution or communication.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion.
Proven ability to take ownership, drive root cause analysis, and follow through on complex issues.
Mandatory :
3+ years of experience in System Administration (Linux/Windows).
3+ years of experience in hardening / patching.
3 +years of experience in Redhat Satellite/ Suse Manager
2+ years of experience in configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Saltstack)
Experience as 5 years in Sys Ops
Preferred :
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001).
Expertise in one of automation tool (Chef/TEM/Ansible).
