About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Innovation Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in innovation, digital transformation, technology research, and business improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with the Innovation team and other departments to support projects, research emerging technologies, and explore new ideas that can improve business processes and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with innovation and digital transformation projects.
• Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and potential business solutions.
• Support brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process and business improvement.
• Prepare presentations, reports, research summaries, and project documentation.
• Support the testing and evaluation of new tools, technologies, and solutions.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather information and understand business requirements.
• Assist with project coordination, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Innovation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in innovation, technology, digital transformation, and business improvement.
• Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate and explore new ideas.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Malaysian citizens only.
• Able to work onsite at G Tower, Ampang Park, Kuala Lumpur.
