Lead the development of proof-of-concept initiatives for promising innovations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate ideas and assess their potential for scalability and implementation.
Drive the implementation of pilot projects for selected innovations. Monitor and evaluate project progress, measure success metrics, and gather feedback to refine the innovations before wider deployment.

Role Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin, Innovation Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in innovation management, strategic planning, or technology-related roles within the financial services industry or similar sectors.
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading innovation projects from concept to implementation.
Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, design thinking, and agile development practices.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, data analytics, and digital platforms.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
