Key Responsibility:
- Supports quotation/pricing request and managing priorities with multiple stakeholders in IT environment/products.
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales operations organization's planning efforts.
- Develops and maintains internal support processes for sellers and their business partners, including OVP reporting and custom builds
- As needed coordinates planning activities with other stake holding functions & deep dives to derive actionable strategies in trouble areas.
- Focuses on continuous process and experience improvement, assisting with troubleshooting and development of new processes
- Provides content for enablement related to processes and partner operations
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key employees
- Participate in group activity to develop and drive for process enhancement
- May operate on a multi-country basis.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in inside sales or sales operations
Ability to carry out tasks under minimal supervision
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel
Experience with operational tools (CRM, Salesforce,D365)
Preferably in IT company background
