Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sample requests and account updates via CRM
  • Assist with Failure Analysis and follow-up on quality reports
  • Manage NCNR forms and backlog resolution
  • Update cross-reference files and customer portals
  • Handle PO confirmations within 48 hours
  • Upload product change notifications and chemical compliance documents
  • Track credit/rebill approvals and lead time updates
  • Provide general administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or GCE A Level
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service
  • Electronics industry experience is an asset

Skills:

  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented

This position is based in our office located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
