Our customer is an enterprise remote connectivity cloud platform, enabling organizations to deploy a large-scale IT management framework to access, support, and control any device or machine quickly and easily from anywhere, anytime. They provide industry-grade security to protect data including features like end-to-end encryption and protocols that meet strict security certifications and compliance standards.

Role:

  • You will build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels of IT, Finance and Strategy, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
  • You will develop end customer knowledge and capture customer contracts in the CRM system allowing the sales team to understand the customer needs and adapt the next steps
  • You will develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
  • You will initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
  • You will create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.

Your skills

  • Native-level proficiency in English and Malay is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in selling or Demand Generation in software or IT products, services and solutions
  • Profound experience engaging with B2B customers
  • Experience engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts
  • Experience working with Sales Outsourcing would be a PLUS
