Role Description
- Full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bayan Lepas Penang, Malaysia.
- Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present product/service features and benefits to customers, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Executives to support deal registration, quotations, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, and sales opportunities to ensure timely closure.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide input to marketing campaigns and support promotional events/webinars.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging prospects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of IT solutions (hardware, software, or services) is an advantage.
