What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with Field Sales to execute initiatives and action plans that drive revenue.
- Act as the first point of contact and make level-1 decisions when your manager is unavailable.
- Pursue new sales opportunities through telesales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct daily and monthly sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
- Make outbound calls to targeted accounts to promote products and campaigns.
- Identify new contacts and opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Execute marketing campaigns and roadshows to create product awareness.
- Gather competitive insights and share market intelligence with Sales Management.
- Drive customer acquisition through research, prospecting, and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 35 years in telesales, customer service, or a sales environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
Nice-to-Have
- Proven experience in inbound/outbound call center environments.
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
