What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Field Sales to execute initiatives and action plans that drive revenue.
  • Act as the first point of contact and make level-1 decisions when your manager is unavailable.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities through telesales and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct daily and monthly sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
  • Make outbound calls to targeted accounts to promote products and campaigns.
  • Identify new contacts and opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and roadshows to create product awareness.
  • Gather competitive insights and share market intelligence with Sales Management.
  • Drive customer acquisition through research, prospecting, and conversion.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 35 years in telesales, customer service, or a sales environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Nice-to-Have

  • Proven experience in inbound/outbound call center environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
