Inside Sales Executive (Welcome Fresh Grad)

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow up with interested prospects.
• Handle customer enquiries and address basic concerns professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers to drive conversion and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and follow-up activities in the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call, lead generation and sales targets.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation and business development activities.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights and share them with the relevant teams.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to customers over the phone.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages would be an advantage depending on the target market.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and active listening skills.
• Positive, self-motivated and resilient when handling rejection.
• Good time management and follow-up skills.
