Inside Sales Representative

What does this job do in general

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our Sales efforts by identifying and nurturing leads, building strong Customer relationships, and closing Sales. You will work closely with the Sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional Customer experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Via outbound calling, to identify and qualify potential Customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, existing database and social media. Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external Customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation. Up-sell and Cross-sell where appropriate to our Client's situation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to Customers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align Sales strategies and ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of Sales activities and Customer interactions in the CRM system and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager. Assists HOD with admin matters where needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
