Job Summary

These roles focus on driving business growth through lead generation, qualification, and profiling activities. They involve engaging prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and supporting sales pipelines. Team members collaborate with marketing and business development teams to uncover opportunities, understand customer needs, and promote technology solutions aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and targeted campaigns
  • Nurture prospects with value-added communication to advance their initiatives
  • Conduct research on companies to identify decision-makers and technology roadmaps
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Provide regular reports on activities and forecasts to management
  • Support account planning and relationship mapping within customer organizations

Key Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage and influence prospective customers effectively
  • Knowledge of IT buying cycles and emerging technology trends
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and general business software
  • Resilience, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset
  • Sales and telemarketing experience (15 years depending on role; fresh graduates for profiler)
  • Research and analytical skills for profiling and mapping customer organizations
