Set goals and develop strategies for specific accounts such as Commercial, Manufacturing, GLCs, Public Sector and Education Sector.
Research prospects and generate leads.
Confidently with potential and existing customers through phone, email, and in person interactions.
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Prepare and send quotes with proposals and ensure order accuracy.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Build and maintain a CRM database.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, actively participating in sales team meetings and managing escalation issues with the support/technical team.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Degree/Diploma holder with a continuous learning mindset.
Minimum three (3) years of sales experience.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales software programs.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft and hybrid cloud technologies, active in networking and adaptable to meet customer deadlines.
