Position Overview
Prepare detailed and complete quotation bid packages compliant with customer requirements and specifications. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships and provide a level of customer service that promotes customer loyalty and repeat business.

Review customer inquiry documents to determine Neway product selection based on customer requirements and specifications
Collaborate with engineering and management as needed
Prepare documentation related to exceptions or deviations
Prepare detailed and complete quotation bid packages based on customer requirements and specifications within prescribed deadlines
Review and compare purchase orders for accuracy and completeness against quotation parameters prior to order entry by Distributions Sales Specialist
Provide written correspondence and oral communication with customers, office staff and HQ factory personnel to obtain information and promote clear understanding of quotation and purchase order requirements
Manage full-cycle quotation and purchase order communication process, including internal and external customer correspondence, face-to-face meetings, quotation clarification, revisions, issues resolution, etc. to ensure agreement with requirements
Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, HQ factory and internal personnel to promote confidence in the Neway organization and to deliver a consistent high level of customer service
Maintain current knowledge of Neway products, procedures and specifications, and keep current with industry developments
Requirements
Education/Experience Requirements:
HS diploma and 2-3 years inside sales experience, preferably within valve or oil & gas industry, or
Associate's degree and 1-2 years inside sales experience, preferably within valve or oil & gas industry, or
Bachelor's degree in a sales or business discipline without work experience
Technical knowledge of 6D valves and service specifications helpful

Courteous customer facing, service-oriented skills
Strong oral and written communication and time management skills
Possess the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software Excel, Outlook and Word
Experience with databases (i.e. SAP) and CRM (i.e. SAP/C4C) beneficial
