Position: Inspector of Work (M&E)

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,999 per month (Negotiable)

Employment Type: Contract

Working Hours: Normal working hours

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Industry: Healthcare / Construction

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise mechanical and electrical installation works on site.

* Review technical submissions, drawings, and relevant documentation.

* Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works.

* Witness testing and commissioning of M&E systems.

* Ensure M&E installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.

* Monitor the quality and progress of M&E installation works.

* Identify technical issues and coordinate with contractors and relevant project teams for resolution.

* Ensure proper implementation of M&E works throughout the construction period.

Requirements

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering, or a related field.

* Relevant professional certification or registration is an advantage.

Experience

* Relevant experience in M&E installation, site supervision, or construction projects.

* Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction drawings, and technical specifications.

* Experience in testing, commissioning, and statutory compliance is preferred.

* Strong site coordination, inspection, and problem-solving skills.
