Job Responsibilities:
- Build and source for liquidity of Products on the Gate Platform
- Onboard retail/institutional trading clients/partners and work alongside a Key Account Manager (KAM) to create successful long-term relationships
- Drive client acquisition, new user growth, and business development activities
- Work closely with the product and marketing functions to identify areas of growth and execute growth plans
- Proactively monitor the competitor landscape and work with the product and marketing teams to iterate the overall strategy
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development role focusing on product and sales
- Prior experience in a crypto exchange, investment firm, institutional brokerage, or electronic trading firm
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one's sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience
- Passionate about the crypto industry
- Detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills. English is required, Mandarin would be a strong plus
