About the Role

- Teachers consistently apply practical, classroom-ready strategies, integrating playful approaches to literacy and adapting their practice based on ongoing observation and reflection.
- Through your direct facilitation, coaching, and modelling, teachers develop stronger instructional skills, reflect on their practice, and lead activities that are responsive to students learning needs.
