Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging learning experiences that leverage the latest trends in instructional design and technology.
Responsibilities include:-
- Design and develop engaging, learner-centric
- instructional materials, including eLearning modules, videos, job aids, infographics, and interactive simulations.
- Leverage tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to create high-quality, multimedia- rich content
- Incorporate emerging design trends such as gamification, microlearning, AR/VR-enhanced training, and AI-driven personalization into learning solutions.
- Use storytelling techniques and scenario-based learning to create impactful training experiences
- Incorporate learner feedback and usability testing to refine instructional materials continuously.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies, such as AI-driven learning platforms, adaptive learning systems, and mobile-first design principles.
- Optimize learning content for various platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), mobile apps, and virtual learning environments.
- Analyze learner engagement data to improve
- content effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and analytics.
- Use tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics for tracking learning behavior and improving design strategies.
- Ensure all learning content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements, such as Security First initiatives.
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with AR/VR tools, AI-powered content creation platforms, and gamification frameworks.
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen ability to transform complex concepts into digestible and interactive learning experiences.
- Expertise in modern instructional design trends, such as adaptive learning and personalized learning journeys.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for cross- functional collaboration.
- Experience with data analysis tools to track learner progress and optimize instructional design approaches.
