The Discipline Manager's purpose is to enable the Company to meet its strategic objectives through the development of their assigned Engineering Discipline organisation
Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining and developing discipline team skill set.
You are responsible for allocating resources to ensure deliverables related to global performance and station keeping is completed per budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements.
You take ownership of engineering and/or design activities within the Discipline
You manage uncertainty and provide guidance to the team in order that designs are properly executed and risk is managed to reduce negative impact to the overall project.
You coordinate with other Discipline Managers to monitor interfaces and collectively increase engineering performance.
