Role Description

The Insurance Agent will play an integral role in assisting clients with selecting insurance products that best suit their needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, providing tailored insurance advice, managing customer portfolios, and handling claims. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and achieving sales targets. This is a part-time, hybrid position based in Melaka, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage.
• Knowledge of Finance and financial planning principles.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build reliable relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Fluency in relevant languages is an advantage.
• Educational background or certification in insurance, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
